The Chancellor revealed in the March Budget that the 0% VAT for alterations to listed building was to be removed.
There is huge opposition to the policy. Lincoln congregations will be severely affected if the policy goes unopposed.

An e-petition is on the HM Government website. Please sign to show the level of opposition to the proposed removal of the 0% VAT rate.
